night trick or treating! We visited friends and family and went into the neighborhood for some candy! My tiny razorback

fell asleep and my big razorback

ate lots of candy! He got scared a little and so did his mommy! We came home and sat on the porch swing and passed out candy. Baby Charlie was fast asleep in his bed!

Growing up......

My boys are growing up

too fast!! I just keep looking

up and my baby Charlie will be another month older! Sometimes

I just want time to SToP! Life has been crazy around here... I am working 2 jobs trying to grow my small business to allow me more freedom someday!:) It may be a year from now or it may be 10, who knows? In the meantime I am working my tail off to make this happen! I am trying to spend every minute with my boys at night and then once the go down I print print print stationery, napkin and invitations and try to find time to promote it too! I love love being a small business owner and love ever single piece of paper and party item I sell! Anyway, enough about work! My little Charlie just turned 11 months so we are working on his 1st birthday! It is going to be a super cute circus party! I felt like that kind of summed up his first year.. Bless his little self! He is the happiest baby I know now! He is eating like a little piggy but is just like his daddy and doesn't gain weight easily( not from my genes)!:) he has been eating solids for a few weeks now and some baby food too! We finally moved him to soy milk and he is doing fine with that- we were happy to say bye bye to the " cadillac" formula! He loves apples, carrots, spaghetti, crackers, and all baby foods except PEAS!! Not having it!;) he loves to crawl and pull up and he absolutely Loves playing in Sugar's water and trying to eat her food! He is a wiggle worm and has just started crying when you put him down at might! He finally hit 20 pounds about 6 weeks ago an is 30 inches long- tall baby!:) he has only had 2 bottom teeth and 2 top teeth but not in the middle so it has been funny! Bowman did the same thing! He is so happy and most o all loves his bug brother Bowman!!!

I love the way Bowman calls him brother constantly! We didn't even teach him that! They love to play in b's room together and sometimes thy even share! Bowman says Charlie let's play in my room! They a re such beat friends already! B turned 3 in may and we had a razorback party at war memorial! He is so. Big and his vocabulary grows so much daily! Smart little guy! Grocery shopping

Carter was brave to take both boys to the grocery store last week! Can't say that I have tried that one yet! Bowman likes to walk in the store and pick up HUGE bags of m and ms and then screams like crazy when he has to put them back! One day he came down the aisle with a huge bag and said mom I'll go poo poo in he potty and get m and m's of course others were laughing and I was red in the face!!

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter with our little family! It was charlies first Easter

and he loved it! He loved the Easter bunny and bowman didn't even want to look at the bunny!

Wr had some great egg hunts and had a wonderful breakfast wig Mimi and doc and a lunch with cousins will, sam and whit! It was fun!!!

So I haven't been blogging much as always! Just not much time between work and charlies er and hospital stay and well just everyday life! But I am very pumped that I learned about the blogger app!!! Now I can post anytime and anywhere! Charlie is already 7 months old and bowman is almost 3! Wow! I have taken tons of pics over the last 7 months so here are a few! Baby Charlie I doing very well now and staying out o the doctors office and we for several weeks now! I pray so hard for the families that have extended stays at ach! So sad when kiddie are sick! Anyway, we are lookin forward to a wonderful sick free spring-fingers crossed!!I don't have but a few pics on my phone since it is new but these are some of my faves!! Love my baby charlie!

Bowman's 2nd birthday Party- A WAGON PARADE

I had so much fun planning this party for my sweet Bowman. Kiddos brought over their favorite riding toy and we wheeled around the neighborhood. Bowman was the grand marshall of course. We had the party in our back yard and everything was themed around wagons and frogs. it was sooo cute! Check it out!

My Sweet Baby Charlie Stein

Arrived on 8/24 at 9:23 a.m. He weighed 9 lbs and 6 ounces. He measured 23 1/2 inches according to the NICU nurse - we later found out at our 1 week visit that it was more like 22- wow what a difference. Charlie was born and went straight to the NICU for 48 hours to dry out his little lungs. His nurse Laura was wonderful!! I wasn't able to see or hold him for 24 hours and that was no fun. Carter went to see him a lot and Big Brother Bowman got to go see him too. Carter went in every three hours to feed him even in the night. Charlie was mainly fed with tubes but sometimes they gave him a bottle and Carter got to do that too. His aunt kimmie was there a lot and even got to go in to his first feeding. I had to pump and pump to get out a drop and she and Carter took it in and gave Charlie a taste on a qtip! I finally held him on 8/25 and got to officially feed him on 8/26 when he came to stay with us in our room- it was a wonderful day. Those first 2 days were very weird without him but we had so many guests and special friends to keep our spirts up! I can't imagine what mommies and daddies go through when their babes are in there for weeks and months- what a sad feeling.

Charlie is doing very well now and eating a LOT! :) He weighed 11 pounds at 1 month so I would say he ain't starvin! :) Here are some pics of his early days and pics with brother Bowman. Charlie looks a lot bigger in these pics than he really is in person. He had a lot of fluids pumping in him and made him very swolen. Bowman is such a good brother and calls him Charwie. He is always looking in his bed for him and he always gives him a kiss on the head- such a sweet boy considering before he arrived Bowman said I bite Charwie- whew! Charlie is also sleeping at night about 5-6 hours now! yayyy!

Here are some pictures of Bowman's Baby Brother- Charles ( Charlie) Walker Stein at around 32 weeks. He will be here the last week of August and we can't wait for him! Bowman calls him "Chawie"! Even though he has no idea who that really is he does say brother and if you ask him who's room he is in he says "Chawie". We are getting there but I don't think Bowman will truly understand until that sweet baby arrives on North Harrison Street! He is so sweet and quite a chunk. Predicted to be a little larger than B- Lord help me!

We are so excited!! Bowman is going to be a big brother. Baby Stein is due on September 1 and we can't wait. Everything is going well and I heard the sweet baby's heartbeat last Friday. As Bowman says it goes boom boom- boom boom. Bowman thinks he wants a "titha" as he calls it. I just don't think he can say brother yet! We asked him in the beginning- Do you want a brother or sister? He said "titha" immediately and of course I cried! So now that is all he says! We will just be excited for a healthy little one! Gonna be a long hot summer for big momma! :) I am 13 weeks now and feeling a little better. It is a little different this go round with a little guy running around and wanting to play. Thank God for his sweet dad!

Catching Up!

Hello! I lost touch with the blogging world but I am BACK now! We have had a very fun fall and lots to share. Bowman has really grown up sooo much. He graduated from the nursery to the Freshman class in August. He loves his school Grace Lutheran and we love it too. We are so excited that our best friend Annie will be starting there with us next week! Yayy! Annie's mom and I have been best friends since I was born and I am so glad they will be together now too. Bowman is 18 months now and really talking up a storm and quite the little bull! Whew! He can be very sweet too. He loves to give kisses and say cheese. Two weeks ago I said Bowman I Love you and he said LOVE YOU! My heart melted! We have enjoyed play dates with our girlfriends Greenlee and Mary Margaret and loved going to the State Fair for the first time. Bowman had clown day at school so I made a homemade clown costume in case you couldn't tell. He was super baby for Halloween but fell asleep on the way to trick or treat so we were our best in our peeps at home. He loooved waiting for trick or treaters at the door! We also welcomed Baby Ryder and Rowe Roark into the world! What a busy and fun filled fall.

Taken his first official steps!!! Yayyy Baby Bowman- we are so proud of you and he is soo proud of himself. We have had a busy weekend and week- it is like he has grown up so much in a week's time! When I got to his school today his teacher said he ate an entire piece of pizza and tonight he snacked on some green beans! Yipppee! I won't get too excited though- each day is a challenge with our finger foods- Bowman pays very close attention to TEXTURE! :) Here are some more pics from Bowman's 1st Birthday! After a year of blessings, laughter and fun
Our sweet Baby Bowman turned one!

What a fabulous month it has been! We have had so many celebrations and we have enjoyed planning the biggest event of our year- our sweet Baby Bowman's 1st Birthday! I worked many hours hand making everything to make it just the way that I wanted it and it was so sweet! We originally planned for an outdoor lunch cookout but the weather was yucky so we brought it inside. Bowman was so happy with his friends and family here and we felt so blessed to have everyone celebrate with us! Thanks to everyone for making his 1st year of life so special! Bowman's One Handed Hog Call

Here it is- Bowman can call the hogs! Sometimes he will only do it with one hand. It is hysterical! Here is a little bit of one we got him to do! Of course when I put the camera on him he won't do it as much- little stinker!

I know I know- it has been forever and I am so behind! I am having so much fun with Bowman and every day goes by so fast- oh and I get on facebook every once in a while- ha! Bowman is growing like crazy! He got his first pair of tennies today! He looks so cute and loves standing up in them! He fell yesterday and now has his first boo boo! :( He has a busted his lip and it was so swollen but looks a little better today! I know there are many more to come but it sure made me sad! I have lots of pics of Bowman and hope to post some cute videos of him soon! He is doing well crawling and pulling up. We have taught him to call the hogs and it is so dang cute! He does his own little version but it is so funny so I will post that when I get a really good one on video! Here are some pics over the past month or two. Bowman started mother's day out and has been sick a little so we have had so good days and some sad days. He is also cutting his 2 top teeth- they are massive! He already has 2 on the bottom and the top 2 side teeth- He looks like dracula!

Bowman's First Christmas!

Christmas Eve

Bowman loved his 1st Chrsitmas and Loved allllll of his presents! Christmas Eve we went to Uncle Walker, Aunt Kimmy, Cousin Will and Cousin sam's House for a fabulous meal after church. Bowman played and got his Christmas peeps on for pics. Bowman was very very sleepy when we got home and went straight to sleep- we didn't even get to read Twas the Night Before Christmas but I got some pics of him in his bed snoozing.

Christmas Day...

Was a blast- we woke up early, changed into our Christmas day jammies and bowman had had his 1st visit from Santa Claus. He opened his presents from his mommy and daddy. Then we packed up and went to Bowman's Cousins' house- will and sam to see what santa brought them and to open more presents from Nana and Grandaddy-

WHEW HOO- Bowman got his 1st car and loved it! Then we headed back home and we had everyone over for lunch. Christmas night we went to Mimi and Doc's house for more presents and dinner! What a fun day but we were very very tired when we got home...so tired that we didn't even know that our bestest new buddy Greenlee Elmore was on her way into this world!!

Bowman is getting sooooo big and is so so active these days! He is sitting up and scooting around on his belly- he can scoot around a room- time to start baby proofing. We have been trying to get the perfect photo card pic but just can't get a perfect one. My camera is no good but here are some funny ones we got in the mean time. Bowman will be 7 months next week- can't believe it! He is very ready for Santa and loves to open presents. I put him under the tree one night to try ot get a good pic and he pulled the ribbon off of his present and wanted to eat it!

Bowman turned 6 months last week and is just hysterical. He is sitting up a little more and more each day and loves it! He has his 2 bottom teeth and we are waiting on more! We have been super busy the past couple of weeks so we thought while we had a break we would post some new pics! He is getting over his 1st cold! :( So not much sleep at nights! Bowman loves to eat if you can't tell!! He loves fruits and vegetables and his cereal! He weighs 19 pounds now and sometimes he gets so tired of eating he just takes a little nap in his chair! Love him!

I can't believe it but Bowman turned 5 months on Sunday. We took him to the Pumpkin Patch in Mayflower! We had so much fun! We saw baby animals like pigs and bunnies, took tons of pics and went on a fun hayride to pick the Great Pumpkin! Bowman loved his pumpkin- he did get a little sleepy on the hayride back to the car so he took a quick nap! Very fun on our 5 month birthday and first Punkin' Patch tour!

Owl Fest & Bowman's Sip and See

Bowman, Carter and I went to McGehee for grandaddy's 60th birthday and Owlfest on October 11th. Owlfest was very fun and we met lots of people!

Bowman and I drove back to McGehee to Nana's house last Thursday for a wonderful sip and see that some sweet ladies had for Bowman! The decorations were adorable - blue pumpkins with mums and a special monogrammed pumpkin for Bowman! The food was delicious and Bowman loved being surrounded by so many ladies! :) Here are some cute pics from the party!

Wow- we had a busy 1st week of October! Bowman's new friend William Reed Parker was born and is soooo cute and his big brother Drew is so helpful and sweet! Here is their first Razorback watch party together- I am sure there are many more to come! On Saturday Bowman sat in his high chair for the 1st time and Loved it! He looked so cute and we can't believe he is such a big boy- he is 20 weeks today!

We had a surprise Birthday Party for Bowman's Nana on Friday and it was a wonderful surprise. Bowman's aunt carla came to visit too and she helped out while I got everything ready for the party at Trio's! Bowman and his cousins Will and Sam surprised Nana and came to the party to help blow out nana's candles! Happy Birthday to Nana and to Grandaddy this week! The BIG 60!

Since we are just starting out in the blog world- a little late I am going to share a few highlights about Bowman's first BUSY summer! He is always on the go with mom and dad and we have had a blast! When Bowman was 11 weeks old he was baptized at First Lutheran Church! We went to the beach with Mimi and Doc and got in the pool for the first time! We went to see Nana and Grandaddy at the "Yake" with Bowman's cousins, and last but not least went to our first tailgate party! Here are some pics of some of our fun times this summer!
